Favorite Golf Tip
| The most important fundamental in golf is balance. To achieve ones potential you must achieve mental, emotional and physical balance in performing the swing motion. Mental balance comes from understanding what you are trying to do. Emotional balance comes from the consistent application of what you are trying to do. Physical balance is achieved from connecting the correct starting position to the correct finishing position.
If you are out of balance in any of these areas you cannot reach your full potential. Therefore it isn’t so much what we do, but knowledge of what you are trying to do, that is important. The best way to receive that knowledge is from a qualified PGA Professional. |
